You may request exchange of the product in following conditions:
- Size Issue: To keep you away from any confusion, we have attached the size chart with the products to help you choose the right size, if still there is an issue with size you can email us requesting the exchange and the preferred alternative size for your order to be re-shipped.
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item instead of what order was placed however our quality team make sure no such fallacy take places, we will resolve the issue and issue a replacement.
Things to take care of for Valid Exchange:
- Please ensure that all tags are in place and not damaged.
- If the product includes any add on if must be present will returning and all items of package content should be present.
- The product will only be eligible for return if it is unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
Procedure for Return & Exchange
- To request a replacement email us at email@example.com along with your order ID.
- Once we receive your email requesting replacement we will arrange a reverse pickup for you in next 3 working days.
- Post we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will process the quality check, if the picked up product meets our quality check we will issue replacement for you.
- Received Damaged or defective/ product (Hole or tear etc.)
- If received a wrong product.
- Received Wrong size from one being ordered
In case you order has been misplaced, and you have opted prepaid payment method we will refund the amount to your or will ship another package.
Returns and replacements are done without any cost however company management reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
